A comprehensive one-year programme covering the whole AQA GCSE English language curriculum in one year.

This is a popular programme with a big ambition and a small class size!

Each session is meticulously planned to engage students ensuring every student is contributing to answering questions and are made comfortable to ask questions.

From the offset, we are exam focussed, with a past paper question practise, model answers and weekly homework.

Subject content

The AQA English Language tuition will focus on developing students’ skills in reading and writing. It will involve analysing a range of texts, both fiction and non-fiction, from different time periods, genres, and cultures.

Students will learn to understand how language and structure are used to create meaning, convey ideas, and influence audiences.

Furthermore, the tutor will help the students to write more analytically with a high level of perception.

Finally, the tutor will coach the students on how to master creative writing and a non fiction piece of writing, allowing students to produce their own texts with a focus on style, structure, and audience.

By joining the programme, you will be giving your child the advantage of reviewing the whole curriculum along with past paper practise.
